Hi Dallas! I am so sorry for not leaving any feedback for awhile. I was so overwhelmed with creating a brand-new site for SB and posting the season finale for PH. With that being said, I finally have some time to breathe now and I'm happy to have the opportunity to catch up on ODAAT. smile.gif

I really thought the first scene was well-written. I loved the last line about rather being out in the cold than dealing with the heat that awaits him inside. I'm glad he's realizing he can't think with his dick all the time and that he made some poor decisions. In regards to her leaving him after the holidays- what a statement to hold over someone's head! How can a couple go on knowing that they're going to break up and that perhaps there is no salvation? I have known couples that were moving and had planned to break-up after a certain time, and that just seemed ludicrous to me. I don't know how anyone could deal with that.

I'm really feeling the new character, Madeline. I loved the line about how answering to your 'real name' does wonders for the soul. Amen to that! As someone who has gone by an alias as well, I can certainly attest that it is true. It's nice to finally be yourself and truly feel comfortable in your own skin. I'm looking forward to seeing how her parents react when they learn she is back. As far as the threat from 'Vinny', I wouldn't get too worked up if I were here. I would just deny everything- parents are going to believe their own daughter (hopefully) before some stranger. Furthermore, I think they'll be so excited about her return that they will put other things aside.

Yikes. What a mess with the Reese/Andy/Trenyce situation. I love the dynamic going on here and I'm just counting down the days until it all blows up in their faces. The truth is bound to come up...although sneaking around can be a lot of fun, there is certainly a lot of guilt that goes along with it. Andy, in particular, should be feeling a lot of guilt at this point and it looks like he does. I'm not sure why Andy is so ecstatic that things are going so well...does he not see the hurdle that Trenyce is for them? Also, if Andy can look into Trenyce's eyes and lie to her, then how can he truly be trusted? I just see Reese having the potential for getting hurt and I really don't want to see that.

WOW. So Trenyce is pregnant?! This ought to be really interesting. I just wonder who the father is...if it is Andy, I don't know what in the hell this is going to mean for any type of future for Reese/Andy. I am definitely intrigued and can't wait for the next episode!

Keep up the great work, Dallas!

-J.

Dallas, another great episode for sure! Though not a fan of Nelly Frutado i think the theme song worked very well in this episode.

Chris/Daisy- I am glad that he is starting to man up and see the error of his ways so to speak and start thinking with his brain other than another part of his anatomy.

Reese/Andy/Trenyce- I agree with J here in what a wonderful mess that you have woven, I am still trying to get past that Trenyce is not innocent but it is hard. That being said I really want Reese/Andy to come out and for her to be left alone for everything she has done. Interesting twist by making her pregnant as well.

Madeline- Is quickly becoming a must read for me I love her interactions with everyone in the series so far.

Leah/Jeff/Robbie- I really love this story line in the series and I love where you are going with the characters. I feel so much of Leah's pain in this losing a child is never easy and she has every right to still be upset about it, even if Robbie doesn't agree. I also applaud Jeff for standing by her in it.

Overall a great read keep up the good work and I look forward to the next one!

Dang, that Chris sure has some swimmers. Presumably, he got his wife's sister pregnant, and now it looks like he's impregnated his wife's niece. No wonder Daisy was neglecting him in that department. It would be challenging for her to run the town of Twin Peaks with a baby in each hand. smile.gif Nonetheless, although this makes the ramifications of this storyline all the more disgusting, I'm enjoying it for the soapy factor. Pretty much serves Trenyce right for seducing her married uncle-in-law without protection. I'm curious to see how she handles the baby -- birth, adoption, abortion? Of course, that's even if the baby survives the whole nine months. Will she use this as extra security against Chris? Or in the interest of keeping a relationship with her mother, Daisy, get her buddy Andy to pretend he's the father. After all, Andy and Reese have acknowledged being in a happy place, and we all know that usually means trouble on the horizon.

I'm certainly not condoning Meggan's actions or her weeks of secrecy regarding the death of Noah, but I found Leah and Jeff's actions a bit extreme in front of the court house. I tend to lean in the middle regarding the capital punishment, so that may have something to do with it. But I think this has been clearly drawn as a tragic accident. It wasn't an action that was committed deliberately by Meggan, although she did leave the scene, and so I can see how that image would be distorted. But what's the point? The trial hasn't started yet? (Last Meggan was seen, the trial was scheduled for after the holidays). So wouldn't that be the more opportune time?

I find that I'm slowly beginning to enjoy Madeleine now that she's tied more to canvas, and not obsessing about Vinny/Dave 24/7 with all the snooping and carrying on.

Last, but not least, no Natasha/Cory/Robin or Shane in this episode. Someone call the presses. smile.gif Probably not the first time, but it seems like a rarity.

Overall, I enjoyed this episode and look forward to seeing what happens next. Especially with the mystery man that's got his eye on Trenyce. I'm wondering if he could be her never-before-mentioned father? Maybe he's even tied in with Danielle's untimely death because I can't believe for a second that Chris would be responsible.

Outta time, gotta jet!

Hey guys,

Thanks so much for leaving feedback on this episode. I just got back and it's nice that I have some readers while I was away.

Chris/Daisy: I'm glad the scenes worked for most of you. Jay, I totally know about holding that threat over someone's head. It's happened to me ... so I just left sooner. In the characters defense: Chris wants to make his marriage work now, so that's why he's okay with it. It' bides him time to try to win Daisy back. Daisy doesn't want to disrupt Trenyce's hoildays ... remember, she doesn't know yet that Trenyce and Chris have slept together.

Andy/Reese: YAY! I'm so thrilled this storyline is gaining so much interest. I guess before anyone starts a new storyline they worry about it, and I was worried about this one. I'm just glad it's working well. Jay -- Chris is the father. There has never, ever, been any sexual relationship between Trenyce and Chris. I also made sure to note that Trenyce's sexual experience with Chris was her first time. Ty -- What will Trenyce do? I do not want to give it away, but it's pretty typical Trenyce!

Madeline -- THis season, Madeline was a lot of fun to write. I'm glad she's warming to readers. I really think by having Patricia be revealed as Madeline, the character was just able to really become a real person with feelings. Patricia was so one note and creepy. Madeline is a person.

Ty laugh.gif You're funny. I'm sure (okay maybe not) that there's been episodes without Natasha/Shane/Robin ect. wink.gif

Thanks again for all your feedback.
I truly appreciate you all taking the time to read and respond.
