OSWM Password is a rip of the TV gameshow, Million Dollar Password, where the designated password holder will have to give out hints in order to help the members partaking in the round guess what the password is. The password will always be one word, and so the password hints must also be one word. In a way, it's like charades, except you can actually speak.

Whatever password you choose should be fairly common to the average forum poster. Each member participating will have up to 5 times to try to guess the answer. Since this isn't happening in real time, more than one person is allowed to post a password guess at the same time. The password hinter should be willing to check in at least once every day to make sure the game doesn't remain in limbo.

Every correct password will earn that member 5 Points. The first individual to get three correct guesses will become the next Password holder, therefore giving the original one the option to play if he/she so chooses. And the game goes from there.

Example: Sample Game

Bex (Player)
Dallas (Password Holder) - Password is "NORTH"
J_Michael (Player)

Day 1 (Morning):

Dallas: Password hint is "South"

Bex: Dakota?
J_Michael: Miami?

Day 1 (Evening):

Dallas: EAST (Keep in mind he can't say the password, but if the guesses are wrong, he must give another hint)

Bex: WEST

Day 2:

Dallas: North!! (Although J is technically playing, Dallas is not obligated to wait for his guest if he happens to sign on before he does and finds that at least one player has made a guess. He can put that player out of their misery by informing them it's correct, or issuing another password. In this instance, he gives the same password again, signaling that she's warm. He can repeat the password if he feels it will aid the guesser in picking the right answer)

J_Michael: South.
Bex: South.

Day 3

Dallas: "South" is correct. Bex and J both given five points, and the two can either opt to give the password together after they come up with one, or vote amongst themselves who will be the password giver for round 2.
